Nor'easter XVIII: March 21-23, 2014
The ASL Nor'easter is New England's regional ASL championships. It is held annually near Boston, MA. It is a yearly get-together of people in the New England area that play Advanced Squad Leader (ASL). The Nor'easter is hosted and directed by the boys from The Bunker and the Yankee ASL Group
Visitors are very welcome, and you'll probably be able to play a game if you want to learn. Have a look at the archived web sites for previous Nor'easters to see what the event is like.
The Nor'easter will start at 10:00am on Friday and go until 6pm on Sunday, with 24-hour access to the gaming rooms.
All players from beginners to experts are encouraged to play, and the emphasis is on having fun. All attendees are automatically entered into a random drawing for fabulous door prizesLocation: Holiday Inn - 242 Adams Place, Boxborough MA 01719.
Room rates are $100 per night, double occupancy, $10 extra for 3 people, $20 extra for 4. Register by February 27, 2014 and tell them you're with Yankee ASL to get this rate. The hotel is just off exit 28 on Rte 495, at 242 Adams Place, Boxborough MA 01719. Contact the hotel for airport shuttle information and for room reservations at 978-263-8701. We found it to be an excellent facility last year.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:You can pre-register on the site until the Feb 22 date - after that you'll have to pay at the door or make special arrangements.
Pre-registration cost is $45 until Feb 22, 2014; $50 after that date. Saturday only registration costs $25 until Feb 22, 2014; $30 after that date. You can signup here, or print out the flyer, clip and mail the included registration form along with a check.
