![]() The mailing list is a great place to meet people and make friends. Here, two of our newest members embrace warmly in an embarrassing but touching display of comradeship. |
The Yankee ASL group maintains an open mailing list for all its ASL players. If you're an ASL player in the US northeast and you'd like to keep in touch with other Yankee ASLers in the area, sign on. The mailing list keeps us all in touch and is a handy way for members to find new opponents, let others know about upcoming events, and discuss ASL topics of interest, such as new scenarios and AARs (after-action reports). Its also our main method for scheduling games with each other and generally shooting the bull. The list normally only generates a dozen or so messages a day, so it won't overload you.
The mailing list is hosted by Yahoo Groups. You can view and send messages, search the list archive, and more.
There really aren't any. There's no list manager, no filtering, no censorship. You'll be dropped like a hot potato if we don't like you :-), otherwise, feel free to speak your mind. We're not hosted by a company or academic organization, so go ahead and rant. Hell, we even let New Yorkers on this list! :-)
